The double bedroom on the lower level of this property is

suitable for disabled guests.

The upper double bedroom also has a single bed with electric blankets.

 Toilet with shower and basin.

Lounge/dining area with table and chairs for 6.

A comfortable bed settee, TV and video, radio/tape/CD player.

Fully fiitted kitchen ~ cooker, dishwasher, fridge,freezer, combination microwave and is comprehensive equipment.

Heating is by central heating with electric fire in lounge.

Bed linen and towels are provided within the tariff, as is heat and electricity.

Rooms: 1 triple (upper level), 1 double (lower level, suitable for disabled).

An additional 2 guests can be accommodated using the comfortable bed settee in the lounge/dining area. The kitchen is totally enclosed.

MAXIMUM occupancy = 7 * (suggest 5 for ease of use and comfort)
