Booking information and terms.
Please ensure you are fully familiar with the details of our accommodation and facilities. Any questions which cannot be answered from our web site can be directed to:

Initial reservation
Best made by phone to clarify dates etc. Email can suffer delays in response time!
We will hold your requested dates for a period of 7days pending receipt of a £75 deposit (non refundable). The balance is due in full, a minimum of 28 days prior your arrival.
Confirmed reservation.
Confirmation of your reservation will be made by phone, post or Email upon receipt of your booking deposit. Your reservation is not "fully" confirmed until we are in receipt of full payment which is due no later than 6 week's prior your arrival. ***
A 5% discount is offered for full payment received at time of reservation/booking.
(This does not apply to bookings made within 6 week's of arrival)
Confirmed Booking
A booking is confirmed by phone, post or Email and will be upon receipt of full payment of any balance due or in the case of advanced bookings attracting the 5% discount, booking confirmation is upon full payment being made at time of request.
We accept Credit/Debit cards.
NOTE: Price includes electricity, linen etc.
Dogs: By request only and charged at a flat rate of £15
All guests receive a 15% residents discount for any food purchases made in our Bistro. (This does not apply to drinks or residents quests who may be dining in our Bistro)
SECURITY DEPOSIT
We have found it neccessary to introduce a
£50 REFUNDABLE
"security/cleaning/key" deposit. This is
payable on arrival and full refund given
upon satisfactory (basic) inspection of accommodation on your departure.
A deduction or full retention will be made if the property is not returned in a similar condition and equipped as it was received.
We expect no more than general tidy & cleaning and all as was on your arrival!
(Paid in cash returned in cash).

Guests should ensure full payment is received and confirmed by us within the 6 week's prior arrival date.
Non receipt of any balance due will render reservation VOID and the period re allocated. No refund of reservation deposit will be made.
In case of any difficulties, please contact us as soon as possible to prevent loss of your planned holiday accommodation.
Chase up of due balances may incur additional charges!
